1. Do I need a smart card to use the keyboard?
   No the keyboard functions normally without a smart card.
   
   
2. Does the keyboard come with a smart card?
   No smart cards must be obtained separately.
   
   
3. Does Microsoft Windows have built in smart card authentication?
   No smart card security applications must be purchased separately. Windows has no built in support.
   
   
4. What kind of smart card can I use?
   Any smart card that interfaces with PCSC compatible smart card readers, assuming you have a software application that can communicate with the smart card type you are using.
   
   
5. What smart card software does Key Ovation recommend?
   Key Ovation recommends IdentiPhi Security Suite www.identiphi.net , available May 2005.
   Key Ovation also has other security solutions available.
